Warren-Trumbull Branch fights trafficking
Warren-Trumbull County Branch members Jean Waris and Isabel Seavey, branch president, are also co-directors of the North East Ohio Coalition of Rescue and Restore (NEOCORR). They were busy in January, fighting to Stop Trafficking in Ohio.

Jean Waris and Isabel Seavey at the human trafficking display they staffed last month at Eastwood Mall.
They partnered with The Hope Center for a screening of the movie, Nefarious: Merchant of Souls, a documentary about human trafficking. Both women spoke before the movie, with Isabel giving an overview of human trafficking, and Jean telling about several opportunities available for the viewers to get involved in fighting human trafficking. They also staffed several tables afterwards in the social hall, giving out information and signing up volunteers.
Their other activities included:
- training for the guidance counselors from all the public schools in Trumbull County
- an information table at a student-organized fashion show at Eastwood Mall.
