Join AAUW for debut of new pay gap research report
Graduating to a Pay Gap, AAUW’s latest research report, is about to debut. It will offer concrete
steps on how to address the persistent pay gap.
The report is an update of the 2007 AAUW report, Behind the Pay Gap, which found that just one year after college graduation, women are paid only 80 cents for every dollar men are paid. Graduating to a Pay Gap is based on the most recent data from the U.S. Department of Education and includes the latest salary data for this population.
Graduating to a Pay Gap was made possible by support from the Mooneen Lecce Giving Circle and contributions to the AAUW Eleanor Roosevelt Fund.
